Shipping Policy

CORONAVIRUS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE THE UK- Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the National Postal Services are very slow and parcels are being lost. For this reason I will only be using a Royal Mail Tracked Mail Service for the time being. At present delivery is taking anything from 10 working days to 3 weeks as parcels are being held up. I will be providing you with the Tracking Number. There will be no shipping charges for extra items purchased. I realise this is a more expensive option but I will revert to normal shipping once the Virus emergency has passed. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience.

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase with any problems you may have. We will happily either replace your item or issue you a full refund.*
